Thermal Metal Treatment

Making the tools we use Stronger and Better

Thermal Cycling Process

In the middle ages, Japanese sword smiths would fold and heat treat their swords many times over creating the Samurai Sword, or the Katana.   The strength of these blades were legendary as the steel was worked to remove impurities and eliminate any voids in the metal.
Today our metals aren’t so impure and the modern metal manufacturing techniques used create durable tools.  Today we can align these metals at the molecular level with the Patented Thermal Cycling Process. Now tools can have their tensile strength improved many times over.

The process realigns the molecules causing not only a dramatically increasing the tensile strength, but other attributes as well.

Since the molecules have less space and the grain of the metal is aligned the treated metals also carry the following enhancements as well.

  • Increases their heat resistant

  •  Up to 70% more resistant to Corrosion

  • Reduces Vibration

  • Reduces Friction

  • Reduces Metal Fatigue by Stress

Thermal Conditioning

Results in stronger components to build with.  With tested results reflecting 100% or greater in strength and durability.   Incredible results on items like brakes (automobiles/trains/planes), cutting tools (up to 5x tensile strength keeps you sharper), wheel bearings…  The list goes on. Scroll down for some tested results.

Metal Enhanced Components

Allows heat to dissipate more evenly enables components to cool faster.  This reduces fatigue, cracking, and warping leading to higher efficiency and longer life.

Liquid Nitrogen Thermal Cycling Machine

Thermal Cycling works well with the following materials:

Aluminum , Brass, Carbon Fiber, Copper, Nickle, Nylon, Steel, Stainless Steel, Zinc etc.
